The breakfast choices were wonderful with many options, including a variety of coupons, panoramic views, and an omelet station. Got a functional, reasonably large room with a comfortable king bed and all the conveniences needed, along with crisp sheets. The location was marvelous and beautiful, just a short walk away from everywhere we wanted to go.

Wonderful hotel, staff were exceptional and the location was stunning to the event that I was attending. Location: the venue was just off the main mall comprising JC Penneys, Lord & Taylor, Sears and Macy's amongst the many and the lake front, Sono Sushi, Clyde's, Whole Foods, Haven Spa, and the upscale Mall of Columbia and the town center and walkways. And there was Shake Shack with short-orders minutes from the venue, super convenient...

It has good facilities and offers delicious and tasty breakfasts. I would return there.

Had a very nice stay in September. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, close to the mall and other restaurants in the area. - Situated in a nice quiet area. - the hotel was placed just 3 miles from tourist spots like Lake Kittamaqundi.

Upon arrival at 6:00 pm on May 15, 2012 - the Sheraton Management told us that they did not have a room for us - regardless of our committed (and paid for) confirmation number. The Management claimed that they had a water problem and a wing of rooms were closed. At the same time another guest was checking in with no issues. The Sheraton Management told us that other hotels in the area were full and we were left on our own to find a place. They cancelled our reservation and "refunded" our payment to our credit card. What poor customer service. I don't believe that they had a water issue - they were oversold and took the preferred customers.

the bathroom needs to be much bigger. Other than that I had a very good experience!

Comfortable rooms, newly renovated with a good size, especially on the upper floors. The breakfast is top-notch and the decor throughout the place is pretty nice. 🌟

The booking through Booked.net was a problem. I had booked a king sized bed/room and had been down sized to a double bed (same higher price) and was told by 3 agents from Booked.net that there wasn't anything we could do that the hotel doesn't have to honor the booking. Finally one woman from booking helped me to get king room back but the stay wasn't especially nice. The room was in a basement off of the main and rooms were run down and depressingly dark. Sound absorbency was terrible, you can hear noise from the hallway as if the person is standing next to you. A few instances with the staff are not worth reporting as there is not enough room here. Good location but not a good hotel at all!!!!

I booked a room with amazing lake views and had 3 peaceful nights with excellent service.

The staff was patient and attentive, offering efficient services. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a king-size bed; my bed was comfy. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and the lake.

The room was decent sized and had an excellent view. The free breakfast with panoramic views, coupons, and omelet station was a great way to start the day. The location is comfortable and in a very nice area, with easy access to running trails, upscale restaurants, bars, food shopping.
